Neck & Back Physio – Neutral Bay

Why I Became a Neck and Back Physio

As a Neck and Back physio based in Neutral Bay, I’ve always been fascinated by the human body – how muscles, bones, and movement work together to create strength and resilience.

What drives me most as a physiotherapist is the opportunity to help people feel better – whether it’s relieving pain, restoring function, or empowering them to move with confidence. Many of my patients, particularly women, find it helpful and reassuring to work with a female physiotherapist who understands their unique needs and concerns.

Helping people progress, rebuild their strength, and reclaim their quality of life is the most rewarding part of my work.

Physiotherapy Qualifications & Experience in Back and Neck Care

  • Bachelor of Health Science (Major in Nutrition) – University of Queensland
  • Master of Physiotherapy – University of Sydney
  • Trained in ConnectTherapy® and the Thoracic Ring Approach™
  • Dry Needling Practitioner
  • Trained in NAGS and SNAGS (Manual Therapy Techniques)

I’ve worked across rehabilitation hospitals, private clinics, and in-home care settings, treating everything from acute injuries to chronic pain conditions. These experiences have shaped a patient-centred, evidence-informed approach to care.

Specialist in Neck Pain, Back Pain & Posture – Neutral Bay Physiotherapist

I specialise in treating neck pain, back pain, scoliosis, and postural dysfunctions. My approach blends hands-on manual therapy, targeted exercise rehabilitation, and movement retraining to get to the root cause – not just mask the symptoms.

In addition to spinal issues, I also support patients dealing with tension headaches, jaw pain (TMJ), and postural strain – especially from prolonged desk work.

As a local Neutral Bay physio, I’m committed to helping you restore confidence in your body and move with freedom. I work closely with you every step of the way to ensure your recovery is effective, empowering, and sustainable.
