In fact, our sessions are designed to be achievable, safe, and enjoyable, even if you haven’t exercised in years.
Most importantly, they’re bulk billed under Medicare, meaning there’s no out-of-pocket cost for eligible patients wiht a valid Care Plan referral from their GP.

Please note: Bulk billing covers up to 5 sessions per calendar year as part of your Care Plan.

HOW OUR CLASSES WORK:

Our group sessions combine a range of evidence-based exercise methods, including:

  • Strength training with weights
  • Reformer-based exercises and functional movements
  • Flexibility and mobility work
  • Balance and coordination exercises

Each session is individualised within the group setting, so every participant works at their own pace and level. Your physiotherapist will adjust exercises to suit your specific needs, abilities, and progress.

Not necessarily. However, if you have a current GP Management Plan (also known as an EPC or CDM), the sessions can be bulk billed. If you’re unsure, we’ll help you check during your first call.
