Jayden Hutchinson

Physiotherapist – Shoulder Physio Neutral Bay

Why Physiotherapy?

With a lifelong passion for movement and performance, Jayden brings a unique blend of personal experience and clinical expertise to his role as a shoulder physio in Neutral Bay. A former competitive swimmer in Australia, Jayden later moved to the United States to continue his studies and athletic career. It was during this time – marked by years of high-performance training and a persistent shoulder injury – that he first discovered the transformative power of physiotherapy.

The experience of rehabilitating his own shoulder pain not only enabled him to return to the pool, but also inspired a deeper purpose: to help others recover from injury, regain confidence, and return to the activities they love. That journey laid the foundation for a career dedicated to evidence-based physiotherapy, especially in treating shoulder and upper limb conditions.

Jayden understands firsthand how frustrating it can be when pain or limited movement holds you back. That’s why he’s committed to creating treatment plans that are practical, patient-focused, and aligned with each person’s goals – whether it’s returning to sport, work, or simply moving freely again.
