Sports Physio Neutral Bay

Why I Became a Sports Physiotherapist

As a lifelong sports lover, I knew I wanted to become a physiotherapist the moment I walked out of my first physio session at age 10 after spraining my ankle. Since then, I was drawn to the profession. I’ve always had a healer’s mindset, and helping people recover from pain and injury just felt natural. Therefore, becoming a sports physio in Neutral Bay allowed me to merge my passion for movement with my desire to help others get back to what they love.

Clinical Focus – Shoulder, Knee & Gym Injury Physiotherapy

I specialise in sports injuries, particularly shoulder and knee conditions. These injuries are common among gym-goers and athletes, and I’ve developed a strong understanding of how to treat and rehabilitate them effectively. As a result, my goal is always to help you return to your best—safely, confidently, and stronger than before.

Furthermore, what sets me apart as a sports physio in Neutral Bay is my attention to detail and commitment to personalised treatment. Physio is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Every patient, injury, and recovery path is different. That’s why I tailor every session to your specific needs and goals.

Based in Neutral Bay, I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds — from athletes to weekend warriors. Whether you’re recovering from a rotator cuff tear, ACL surgery, or recurring gym pain, I’m here to help you move better and live without limits.

In addition, I constantly update my knowledge with the latest research to provide the most effective care possible. Consequently, my patients benefit from a blend of experience and evidence-based practice.
